We are Lovett Strong
Please send your Lovett Strong pictures Lovett Strong to us HERE.
Dear Lovett Families and Friends,
Hurricane Harvey caused destruction throughout Texas. Over seventy (70) Lovett Families, including Teachers, were affected by flooding caused by Harvey. Our Lovett family and community came together in volunteer efforts to assist in demolition and remediation for dozens of homes within this impacted group.
In an effort to further help these families recover from this devastating event, the Lovett PTO is seeking donations dedicated directly to these efforts. The PTO is committed to diligently ensuring that one hundred percent (100%) of these donations will go to help the affected families.
Please consider making a donation to help your fellow Lovett Families. The Lovett PTO is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization. Further consult your tax advisor regarding the potential for tax deductions. Please consider Company Matching Programs offered by some employers. If additional information is needed for your personal or employer records, please contact Lindsay Bourg at [email protected].
Cash or checks are also being accepted. Please memo “Harvey Relief” on any checks or place cash in a sealed envelope with the same notation. Cash or checks can be delivered to the school office on or after September 8th.
“Lovett Strong” t-shirts will also be available in the school store as early as the first week of school. We are proud to continue showing the community our support for one another and resilience.
Sincerely,
Tom Bowes,
PTO President
